Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or email us at support@snugbubco.com with your order number.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 days) is available at checkout. Add Priority Processing to ship within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us at support@snugbubco.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

What ages is the SnugBub for?
The SnugBub is designed for parents of babies and toddlers from newborn through age 3.

Is the bag machine washable?
The interior lining is removable and machine washable. The waterproof exterior wipes clean with a damp cloth.

How much weight can it hold?
The SnugBub is built to carry a full day's essentials comfortably — up to 25 litres of capacity across 14 organized pockets.
